My Daily Mindfulness is a private community free from the algorithms used by social media. The community principles and values are posted for everyone to view and they serve to create a safe and caring environment.
The members of the community are the most valuable resource and everyone is encouraged to support and share with each other. (maybe this should be after the other resources?- what do you think?) In addition, the community library has recommended books, recent articles, suggested videos and podcasts, and evidence based handouts and worksheets. New content is posted weekly and community members are also invited to share resources they have found helpful.
There is a weekly talk every Monday from 12:00 - 12:30 pm (ET). Additional community meetings are scheduled according to the community’s interest and needs. All scheduled events or activities can be found in the community calendar which is a feature of the site’s main menu.
The weekly talks are recorded for those that can’t join the “live” session. You can watch or listen to a missed recording and have access to a library of past talks.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time! Because we are a community, it’s important that you feel safe and welcome so members are encouraged to ask question, share feedback, and voice concerns.
